If you are using the Email module, you can email students a link to reset their web password. The link will be sent to the email address they have entered in their Name record.
IMPORTANT: for the reset links to work, the ACEweb URL must be entered in your AW URL setting on the System Preferences. The AW URL should be the same value as the ACEwebURL INI setting.

To email the link from within Student Manager, open the person's Name record and right-click on the E-Mail label (the label for the Email field--not the field itself):

You can also email instructors a link to reset their web password. To do so, open the instructor's Faculty record and right-click the E-mail label.
