Interest/Source/Tracking Codes in ACEweb Lists

You can determine which Interest and Tracking Codes show in ACEweb lists for users to select.

Interest Codes

Interest Codes show in the Interest Areas section on the personal data page. You can hide specific interest codes from the page. For example, hide a code only assigned to name records purchased from a mailing list.

To hide interest codes:

  1. Edit the code record.
  2. Check the Do not display interest code on ACEweb box.
  3. Save the code record.

You can also use the InterestScope INI setting to limit the interest codes shown on the personal data page.

Source/Tracking Codes

Tracking Codes are displayed in the How did you learn about our classes? list on the sign up new user page (i.e. newpersonaldata.htm), and in the How did you learn about this course? list on the Enrollment Cart (i.e. xenrollcard.htm).

You can enable which values show in the ACEweb lists. To do so:

  1. Edit the code record.
  2. Check the Use Tracking Code on ACEweb box.
  3. Save the code record.
