Emailing Instructor Reminders

Email reminders to instructors using a custom template.

  1. Click Tools > Email Instructor Reminders
  2. Select the date range of course begin dates
  3. Select or de-select any instructors or classes they are teaching from the preview window
  4. When you click the Done button, the MergeMail window opens. Double-click the email template you want to use for the emails in the Email Merge Docs list.
  5. Select your other options (i.e. edit subject, email signature, etc.).
  6. Click the Fire Away!! button to send the emails.
