Emailing Instructor Reminders
Email reminders to instructors using a custom template.
- Click Tools > Email Instructor Reminders
- Select the date range of course begin dates
- Select or de-select any instructors or classes they are teaching from the preview window
- When you click the Done button, the MergeMail window opens. Double-click the email template you want to use for the emails in the Email Merge Docs list.
- Select your other options (i.e. edit subject, email signature, etc.).
- Click the Fire Away!! button to send the emails.
