Student Manager provides several options to export records from the database.
- CASS Certification - export Name records to be CASS certified and then import them back into Student Manager after the records have been cleaned up.
- Exporting Report Data to External File - export report data for use in mailing label generation, catalog generation, spreadsheet analysis, etc.
- Export Functions - report functions that allow you to export selected data from the Names and Firms tables.
- DBXTRACT - report function to select specific records for export based on the courses in the report.
- CollegeNet Export - export data for importing into CollegeNet.

- Banner Export - export names and registrations.
- Blackboard Export - export course, names, registrations, and instructor data.
