Export records associated with courses in cursor to an external location.

Notes:
This function opens a screen after the report runs that allows the user to select specific records and identify a specific destination. The specific records selected is based on the courses in the report. So the query selection is done with your query builder you choose to use within the reporting area.
To use this function, you must have the dbxtract.app file in your Student Manger folder. If it is not present, you may download it from the TOOLS section of our Customer Only web site*:
Once you download the zip file, unzip it into your Student Manager folder.
*You must have the user name and password to download this file. If you don't have them, contact your ACEware technician and they will be provided to you.
