Returns the number of weeks between the first and last date.

1. First Date (i.e. cobegdate)
2. Last Date(i.e. coenddate)

Optional Parameters:

None

Example(s):

NUMWEEKS(cobegdate,coenddate) returns number of weeks between the course begin and end date.
