Returns instructor pay type and pay rate in Faculty Contract Reports.

Required Parameters:

1. Pay Type (lipaytype)

Optional Parameters:

2. Pay Rate (lipayrate)

Example(s):

PAYDESC(lipaytype) returns instructor pay type (i.e. Per Class Session)

PAYDESC(lipaytype,lipayrate) returns pay type and pay rate (i.e. Per Class Session (35.00) )
