Document Cleanup
The Document Cleanup tool helps you identify and remove links to missing documents and catalog graphic images.
To run the tool, select Tools > Data Cleanup > Document Cleanup.
The system will check for links to missing documents/images in

Course Reference Document on the course Comments tab
-
Course Attachment (email receipt) on the course Additional Info UDFs) tab
-
Name Link File and Additional Documents on the name Additional Info (UDFs) tab

Catalog Graphic on catalog Contact Info tab
If it finds missing links, it will report them:
All boxes will be automatically checked and the links will be removed if you click the Done button. If you do NOT want a link removed, uncheck the box before clicking the Done button.
IMPORTANT: if you are using the Catalog Graphic images on ACEweb, you may not want to remove the links from the catalog record.
