Name Interest Codes

To add an Interest Codes to a Name record :

1. Open the Name record, then click the Add Interest button to open the Select Interest Codes window.
2. Click on the code you want to add to the record*.
3. Click the OK button. You'll be returned to the Name record and the code will be added to the Interest Code window.
4. Click the Save button on the Name record to save your changes.  

*To select more than one, press and hold the CTRL key while clicking on the Interest codes.

To edit an Interest Code Date, right-click on the Interest Code you want to edit.  This opens the Editing NCADDATE for Code window:

Edit the date then click the OK button to save your changes and return to the Names screen.  

To delete a code from the list, double-click it then click Yes on the Confirm Deletion window.
