Click the *Special button to access the following tools:
- Contact History - add a log entry to the Contact History field.
- Callback - schedule a call back for ten days in the future.
- Search - search for a name record.
- Custom Routines (Demo and Internet) - these buttons can be used to perform custom tasks (e.g. enter specific data into various fields). For more information, including custom program pricing, contact your ACEware Systems technician.
- Make Instruct - clones the open name record information and pastes it into a new Faculty Manager record.
