Deactive a Series of Names

You can deactivate names that have a Last Activity date older than you specify. Inactive Name records do not show in the look up active name routines.

To deactivate a series of Name records:

1. Select Module > Names > Deactivate Names.
2. Click Yes on the confirmation window.
3. Enter the Last Activity date.
4. Click the OK button.
