Displaying UDFs on Names Screen

Organizations have the ability to display the entries for some of the Name User Defined Fields on the Names screen.  To determine which user defined fields to display on the Names screen:  

  1. Click the Preferences button on the Main Toolbar or select Edit > Preferences.
  2. Select the Names tab.  
  3. Click the Names UDFs button.  
  4. Click the Edit UDF Display button to open the Edit UDF Display screen.

 

You may display up to 4 lines on the Names screen.  The lines will display at the bottom of the Main tab:
