Recipient's Email is not rendered as HTML

To render an email as HTML, you MUST surround the email message with the opening and closing HTML tags. The opening HTML tag must be placed at the beginning of the Email Header text. The closing HTML tag must be placed at the end of the footer. For more information, see HTML Formatted Emails.

If you don't include the opening and closing HTML tags, other HTML tags in them email are not rendered, so they appear as plain text in the email:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Student Manager cannot render HTML in preview windows. So you will always see the native HTML code in your email previews.
