If a problem arises in ACEweb for which there is no immediate solution, your ACEware technician may look at your Debug logs to determine the root of the problem.
To view the Debug file, click the View Current Debug File link on the ACEweb Administration page.
Note: you must log into the system as an ACEweb administrator to access any of the ACEweb Administration options.
