Comma delimited list containing the Category values for the Fee Breakdown listing of a course.

Categories and default values:

• Course Fee (Basic) - 1st Main fee listed on the course.
• Course Fee (Alternate) - any alternate Main fees, not hidden from the Web.
• Mandatory Fee - mandatory Other fees.
• Optional Fee - optional Other fees.
• Required Purchase - mandatory Inventory items.
• Optional Purchase - optional Inventory items.

IMPORTANT: you must enter a value for all 6 categories in this setting. Even if you only want to customize 1.
