Name Comments Tab
Add comments about the individual, such as contact information, special needs, and contact log, on the Comments/History tab.

The Comments tab offers three fields in which comments can be entered:
- Comments - comments about individual. These comments will pop up when someone accesses the record IF you enter an exclamation point (!) as the first character of the field.
- Special Needs - any special needs of the individual. If the Special Needs Popup preference is enabled (on Name Preferences), comments placed in this field will pop up on the screen whenever someone accesses the record.
- Contact History - log of contacts with individual. Email module users: the Email module will log the date and email subject in this field when you send an email to the individual using the Email module.
For Customer Relationship Management users, the individual's contact records are also displayed on this screen (lower middle of tab).
