Adding Pop Up Comments
If the Special Needs Popup preference is enabled (on Name Preferences), comments placed in the Special Needs field on the Comments/History tab will automatically pop up when someone accesses the individual's Name and Registration records (e.g. when looking up the record, navigating between records with the navigation buttons, or looking up a registration record.
You may also force the entries in the Comments field to pop up when accessing the record by placing an exclamation point (!) as the first character of the Comment.
The contents of the Comments field will pop up when someone accesses the Name and Registration records.
