Send SMS to all Names in a Report

You will need to modify a report and add the massSMS function to it:

justafter("do massSMS")

This function will run the SMS routine after the report preview is closed.

Note: a sample report is available in the Reports > Demographics > Mailing Labels area, called Mass SMS List. Contact your ACEware technician for a copy if you don't have the report in your system.

Once the report is created:

1. Run the report with your selected query.
2. After closing the report preview, the SMS window opens.
3. Enter the SMS text:
1. Type in the subject and message.



2. Or click the Load Template button and select a template.



4. Click the Send button.
