Single User Version

If your organization purchased the Single User version of Student Manager—AND—you only have one user who will log into the system, you may disable the login process entirely by checking ‘Disable Passwords’ on the Security Maintenance Information screen.  You will be logged in as the Master User (User ID: MSTRUSER) with level 6 access in all areas and the basic Student Manager preferences enabled.  You may edit your preferences (i.e. switch on/off fields, determine screen colors, and module behavior) by clicking the Preferences icon on the Student Manager Toolbar.  

If your organization purchased the Single User version—AND—you have several users who will log in the system (one in at a time of course), we recommend that you do not disable the Login process.  Instead, create user records for everyone who uses the system—only one will be able to log in at a time and you will still be able to track who adds/updates records in the system.
