Data Cleanup Tools
Student Manager Data Cleanup Tools allow you to make changes to Course titles, Location records, Firm records, Code Areas, and Catalog records. They also allow you to cleanup some types of duplicate records.
- Address Cleanup - proper case Name fields and set standardized abbreviations in address fields.
- Broken and Missing Firm Links - fix broken firm links on Name records.
- Catalog Records - edit catalog/workshop codes and titles.
- Code Areas - edit and delete Student Manger codes.
- Combine Names - report and combine name records.
- Course Code Transmogrification - mass edit course numbers on existing course records.
- Document Cleanup - identify and remove links to missing course reference and email attachments, name documents, and catalog images (graphic field).
- Firms - edit and combine Firm records.
- Locations, Course Names, Fees - edit Course Titles, Building/Room Names, and [Main] Registration Fee Descriptions.
- Name Interest Codes - remove blank, orphan and duplicate Interest Codes from Name records.
- Orphan Registrations and Payments - create course records and name records and move any orphaned records to them.
- The Catch-All, Registration, Name (IDs Only), Cost Center Codes, Missing Course/Instructor Links, & UDF - delete duplicate registrations, names with same ID #, and course/name/register UDF records.
